What A Team!
Sometimes things that should be easy are rather hard when your stuff is half way around the world...unless you have a team! This week we have been working to get all the documents together for our missionary visas and work permits. But, what do you do when the needed documents are in your snowed-in house on top of a mountain in Montana? You call in the team, that's what! In order to accomplish what needed to be done, we had friends in Montana, and Idaho working on it while we slept, and family members in Missouri too! While they slept, we worked also, so we had a round the clock marathon going on. One good friend hiked all the way up to our house, in the snow, to retrieve our treasured documents, while his wife kept us informed as to his progress. Another friend in Idaho worked on another document that was needed, with exceptional results. The facts are that we could not do it without them. When I stop to think of it, we are so incredibly blessed. From the friends who check our mail for us, those who keep us updated on what is happening with our home church, those who write frequently to keep me connected to the outside world... thereby helping me to maintain my sanity, those who send much needed care packages on occasion, our prayer warriors, and donors...every single one of them are just as much a part of this mission as we are. .. Thank you so much every one of you!
